8.20am – Doors open for dancers & spectators
9:00am – All ages Ballroom solos
*awards presented immediately after each final*
11:15am – All ages Classical solos
*awards presented immediately after each final*
12:45pm – All ages Latin solos
*awards presented immediately after each final*
2:30- 2.45pm – Approx finish time

Photo/ Video Policy-
As this is a private event for event participants and their family/friends, our organisation would like to be able to permit the use of cameras to capture these special memories. We would however like to bring your attention to the following:
If you are intending to upload photos/videos of your participant to social media, it is recommended that you consider your privacy settings so that you limit your audience to close friends & family. Our team may also take videos and photos to use on All Nations social media pages. If anyone does have any concerns/objections to this or would like us to make adjustments for any particular event, please speak to your dance school lead who will communicate this with our events team.
Child Supervision & Sign in/ Sign Out Procedure-Participants up to school-leaving age are supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Participants of this age will not be permitted to pass our door/security team without a responsible adult accompanying them. On arrival and departure, event participants are asked to inform their teacher/group lead so that they can record attendance times at the event.

The Designated Safeguarding Leads for All Nations are Jessica Porter & Jackie Sanderson, who will be in attendance for the duration of the event and will be based on the stage.

Parking info- The venue offers a large car park with different rates.
You can pay at the on-site pay and display machine (cash) or by card over the phone by calling 0330 4007 275. The location ID: 804 559 when paying over the phone. Please note: Payments cannot be made at the front desk unless you’re staying at the hotel.
Additionally, there is free on-street parking available around the venue.
Changing facilities- Dancers are strictly not permitted to change in the ballroom or the corridors unless they are wearing a base layer (leotard, shorts, or crop top). If anyone needs to change during their time with us, both male and female changing rooms will be clearly signposted. Dancers of school age or younger must be accompanied by an adult or a chaperone while changing. Please ask a member of the All Nations team if you are unsure where these are located. It is strictly prohibited to take photos or videos in this area. Changing in public areas is not permitted at our events and our staff will monitor this throughout the day.
First aid- Should anyone require medical assistance at any time during their visit, please alert any of our staff or venue staff. There will be multiple first aiders available throughout the event.
Food & Drink info- The venue allows people to bring their own food inside. Please use the bins provided or take any rubbish with you. The venue will also has a small cafe where you can get hot & cold refreshments.
Emergency Evacuation Procedure-
- In the event of a fire or other emergency, the fire alarm will sound continuously.
- Event staff will make an announcement over the public address system with further instructions.
- The assembly points are located in both the front and back car parks of the hotel.
Do not attempt to re-enter the venue unless instructed by the on-site staff or the attending fire officers. No access will be permitted until the Duty Manager or the attending officers give full site safety clearance.
If you are a responsible adult accompanying an event participant and it is safe to do so, please try to locate your dance school lead person at the assembly point to let them know that you have safely evacuated the building.

Tickets are now ready to collect from reception.

Please have your wristbands on and fastened securely before entering the building. Lost, damaged or forgotten wristbands will not be replaced and will have to be re-purchased.
Wristbands may be available to purchase on the door however these are only available to people attending with a dance school and are not on sale to the general public. Tickets can be purchased on the door for £24
OUTFIT RULES
One of the reasons all nations was created was to give latin & ballroom dancers the opportunity to attend solo competitions at an affordable price.
Please try to be mindful of the age of dancers you have entering and keep all clothing, hair & makeup age appropriate.
Sequins, diamantes, feathers or similar decoration are NOT permitted for any age!
- Dresses that are typically worn in Juvenile competitions are permitted. Latin dresses and skirts can be worn for both Latin & Ballroom competitions. You may also use seperate Latin & Ballroom skirts for each style.
- Fringing is permitted (Juniors Latin)
- Practice style Ballroom & Latin style dresses/ leotards/ skirts are ideal and encouraged.
- Clothing that contains more than one colour is permitted.
- Clothing that contains more than one material is permitted.
- Boys latin/ballroom shirts with tie or bow tie along with latin/ballroom trousers.
Footwear- We advise all dancers should wear Latin or Ballroom shoes for all sections.
Juveniles – Any juvenile shoe is permitted, cuban heel for both Latin & Ballroom.
Juniors – Any Junior shoe is permitted, 2 inch or 2.5 inch heel. Latin shoes can be worn for both Latin & Ballroom competitions. You may also use seperate Latin and Ballroom shoes for each style.
Hair Decoration & Jewellery- Hair decoration is permitted for all ages however we encourage this to be kept to a minimum. Jewellery – diamante earrings are permitted however thick cuffs, necklaces, belts embellished with diamantes are not permitted.
Hair Styles – Buns, plaits or pony tails are permitted. As neat as possible, off your face.
